随着西安国际化大都市建设的快速发展，大量海外英才的引进，为外籍人员提供方便、优质的医疗服务是西安国际化的重要内容之一，市三院国际病区为市级医院第一家，该病区的成立填补了西安市外籍人员及高端医疗诊治工作的空白。

国际医疗部位于医院住院部大楼13层西部，集门诊、住院、体检、检查、治疗、康复为一体。目前开设门诊及住院部内科综合病区，设床位33张，医师团队由主任医师、副主任医师及高年资住院医师组成，研修专业覆盖心血管、呼吸、消化、内分泌等专业。医护人员均为院内选拔，专业技术水平及外语水平均为高标准，同时要求加强韩语、日语的培训学习，可为外籍人员提供全方位、多层次的综合诊疗。市三院国际医疗部已申请加入全球远程医疗会诊中心，可协助提供国内外知名专家远程诊疗及多地、多中心、多学科会诊。科室现已开通院内各专业专家会诊业务，让住院患者充分享受医院专家们提供的高端医疗资源，同时必要时积极为患者联系省内知名专家。医护人员技术精湛、医疗设备完善先进、病区环境整洁舒适、前沿科技整合医疗，确保为患者提供温馨舒适住院条件的同时也保障了高端精准的诊疗。

                                                                           学科带头人简介 

 李宇，女，医学博士，主任医师，延安大学医学院内科学兼职教授。曾在西安市中心医院心血管内科工作20余年，2018年4月工作调动至西安市第三医院心血管内科任主任医师。1992年毕业于西安医科大学临床医学系，2006年毕业于西安交通大学医学院获心血管内科学博士学位，2009年进修于德国Bergmannshell医院心脏中心，现任中国老年医学会健康管理分会委员，陕西省保健医学会高血压专业委员会常委兼副秘书长，陕西省医促会胸痛专业委员会常委，西安市医学鉴定专家库成员，从事心血管内科临床、教学、及科研工作20余年，多年临床实践，积累了丰富的临床经验，尤其擅长高血压、冠心病及心力衰竭的诊治，完成冠心病、起搏器植入手术1000余例。获得陕西省科技进步奖一项。主持陕西省科技攻关项目研究一项，参与国家“863”科技研发项目一项。

Thousands of homes in Xi’an were brightly enlightened by lights and the city is beautifully illuminated by the full moon. After the Mid-Autumn Festival, the International Medical Services of The NO.3 Hospital has its grand opening on September 25, 2018.

With the rapid development of Xi’an, more and more overseas talents stay here to work, live and study. Providing foreigners with health care and convenient and high-quality medical services is one of the important contents of Xi’an internationalization. Therefore, under the support of the hospital leaders, our hospital has established the International Medical Services.

 By now the International Medical Services in our hospital is the first one among the municipal  hospitals in Xi’an .It fills the gap in medical services for foreigners and inhabitants who demand high-end medical environment. We hope it will be the best one in Xi’an with our great efforts.

  The International Medical Department is located in the west of F13 of the inpatient department mansion of our hospital. It consists of outpatient clinic, inpatient department, physical examination, medical examination, treatment and rehabilitation. The inpatient department contains 33 beds, The team includes chief physician, associate chief physician and experienced resident doctors. Their specialties  cover cardiovascular, respiration, digestion and internal secretion. All doctors and nurses are key members that have passed comprehensive assessment. we not only grasp English but also learn Korean and Japanese. We’ll provide exact diagnosis and all aspects of treatment. We apply to join the Global Remote Consultation Center to provide patients with high-quality, convenient, efficient, friendly and international top-ranking medical technology and service. Our department has now opened the consultation services under the support of multiple professional experts in our hospital, so that inpatients can fully enjoy the high-end medical resources provided by them. When necessary we can try our best to contact with well-known  experts from other hospitals in Shaanxi province.

Adhering to international standards, we pursue the acme of the medical technology and the excellence of nursing technology, we do our best to pass the friendship to better foreign-related service environment of Xi’an and make contributions for civilized and prosperous Xi’an to enter into the world.

Academic leader

 Li Yu, female, Doctor of Medicine, chief physician, part-time professor in the School of Medicine of Yan’an University. She has ever worked in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of Xi’an Central Hospital for over 20 years. In April 2018, she was transferred to the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of Xi’an No.3 Hospital as the chief physician. She graduated from the Department of Clinical Medicine of Xi’an Medical University in 1992. Then she graduated from the School of Medicine of Xi’an Jiaotong University in 2000 and obtained the Doctor Degree in 2006. Her major was Cardiology. She studied in the Heart Center of Bergmannshell Hospital in Germany in 2009. Currently, she is the member of the Health Management Branch of the Chinese Geriatric Medical Association. She is the Standing Committee Member and the Deputy Secretary of the Hypertension Professional Committee of Shaanxi Provincial Health Care Medical Association. She currently sits on the Standing Committee of the Professional Committee of Shaanxi Provincial Medical Promotion Association for Chest Pain and the member of Xi’an Medicine Identification Expert Bank. Li Yu has been engaged in cardiovascular medicine clinical work, teaching, and scientific research for more than 20 years and gained rich clinical experiences, especially in hypertension, coronary heart disease and heart failure. She has completed over 1000 cases of percutaneous coronary interventions and implantation of artificial heart pacemaker. Li Yu has obtained Shaanxi Scientific and Technological Progress Award, and presided over one scientific research project in Shaanxi Province and participated in one National “863” Scientific Research and Development Project.
